Refund Policy
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Alpha to Zeta Industries is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Custom Orders Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
